Returns & Exchanges

At BRA BAZAR, we understand the importance of comfort and the perfect fit. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The product should be in resellable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used intimate wear, panties, or opened undergarments unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment option used during purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
